Son Servera held the 16th Almond Blossom Fair, an event devoted to one of the most deeply rooted traditions of Mallorcan farming: the cultivation of the almond tree and everything around it. A day to enjoy the colours, the flavours and the trades linked to this fruit so characteristic of rural Mallorca.
